Grilled Cheese Day Statistics:

The history of grilled cheese day started many years ago with a large box of cheese sent to us from ETC.

Every year Electronic Theatre Controls (ETC) sends a large box of cheese for christmas to it's dealers for selling there products. (ETC is located in wisconsin which must be the cheese state). Every year we would eat as much cheese as we could and by about ground hogs day we couldn't eat any more. With a ton of cheese left what would we do with it?
Since we are all professional eaters we didn't want to let any of it goto waste we decided to make sandwiches (grilled cheese that is). Well after we ate as many sandwiches as we could (for some of us that could be more then 7 at a sitting) we started giving them away to the customers. Grilled Cheese Day was born!

Ever since those days it has become an annual event which now draws more then 200 local production industry professionals.
